Personal Life

Surbhi Jyoti was born and raised in Jalandhar, Punjab. She is from a Punjabi Brahmin family. She now resides in Mumbai, Maharastra while her parents and younger brother stay in Punjab. Her mother is a homemaker and her father is a businessman. Jyoti received her early education from Shiv Jyoti Public School, Jalandhar after which she graduated from HMP (Hansraj Morarji Public College). She then received her MA degree in English from Apeejay College of Fine Arts. From a young age, she has been an active debater and has won the National Debate Championship three times out of which two times, she spoke on the topic women's empowerment. From the past seven years, Surbhi Jyoti has been performing in theatre. She said that her family has been very supportive of her acting career.

Career

Surbhi Jyoti is a well known actress in Punjab. She has worked in several movies and music videos of Punjab. She has also worked in the Punjabi serial Kach Diyan Wanga. She starred in popular Punjabi movies such as Munde Patiale De and Raula Pai Gaya. Surbhi Jyoti has been the anchor for many shows as well. She now essays the role of Zoya Farooqui in Zee TV's Qubool Hai which was a role that helped her gain significant media attention and popularity. On her role as Zoya Farooqui, Jyoti has said that she can relate to her character in real life. To prepare for this role, Jyoti said that she watched Pakistani shows.

Karan Singh Grover is an Indian television actor and model. He began his television career with Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi on MTV India. Karan is most recognized for playing the role of Dr. Armaan Mallik in Dill Mill Gayye on Star One.

Personal Life

He has one younger brother Ishmeet Singh. During his childhood, Karan and his family moved to Dammam, Saudi Arabia, he studied at International Indian School Dammam. In 2000, he moved back to Mumbai and pursued a degree in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai, Dadar Catering College. He was in a band during his college days called the Thousand Decibels. After completing his degree, Karan moved to Muscat, Oman where his family was located and started working at the Sheraton Hotel as a marketing executive for about a year. He later returned to India to pursue a career in modeling and participated in the Gladrags Mega Model Manhunt contest in 2004. He won the award for the Most Popular Model. He’s married to popular television actress Jennifer Winget.

Career

Before starting his television acting career, Karan did many modeling assignments, ramp shows, advertisements and even hosted a radio show. Later, he entered the Gladrags Mega Model Manhunt Contest in 2004 and ended up winning the award for the Most Popular Model. Through a nationwide talent hunt contest he, along with five others, got selected to play leads in an MTV show Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi, followed by Princess Dollie Aur Uska Magic Bag. He was also seen in Kasautii Zindagii Kay in a negative role. Subsequently, he acted in Solhah Singaarr on Sahara One, as well as some short stints on C.I.D. (Indian TV series) and Parrivaar. Karan rose to fame through the role of Dr. Armaan Mallik in Dill Mill Gaye, which became widely popular and gained him a massive fan base. Along with Dill Mill Gayye, he anchored the STAR One reality television show Zara Nachke Dikha throughout its first season. He was the second runner-up in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in Season 3.

In 2009, he co-hosted the music show Idea Rocks India on Colors TV. In 2010 he participated as a contestant in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi (season 3). In 2011 he hosted the traveling reality show Perfect Couple on Channel V. Also made a special guest appearance for about a month of the Channel V series Dil Dosti Dance as professor Karan Mallik. He also starred in a telefilm in the Star Plus telefilm series Teri Meri Love Stories in August 2012. Currently, Karan is working in show Qubool Hai as Asad Ahmed Khan on Zee TV.

Scene 1:

Location: At asad’s relative’s residence

Asad comes close to zoya, with the rose in his hand, and gives it to her, and places her hand on the stem, and engulfs it with his own, and says that what she wanted him to say, with feelings, that he is the luckiest man on the earth to have gotten him. Zoya is boggled.(MITWA MOMENT). He retreats back, and asks if her condition is fulfilled now, and leaves. Tanveer sees this and is disgusted, that zoya is increasingly growing close to him. Razia joins her from behind, startling her, when tanveer turns around. Razia mocks the lie that tanveer had concocted about zoya on the phone, and reprimands her for that. She says that she knows about the engagement. Tanveer tells her what happened. Razia says that anyone can guess that their engagement may be fake, but their love is real, and that this task is beyond her now. She says that she made a mistake trusting her, and goes away. Tanveer is disgusted.

Dilshad while socialising, sees rashid when she turns around and is shocked. she quickly turns her head away. Asad asks her what happened, but before she answers, she finds zoya talking again animatedly about the ring, and says that he should head home. Dilshad agrees. While asad goes to get zoya, dilshad tries to go away from there.
